Themes: I devote my work to the topic of sustainable food and how to transfer our knowledge into practice and education. I also serve as Sustainability Coordinator at our Centre and am responsible for communication within our institution and with the top management of Charles University. Among other things, I have been involved in the preparation of the University's Sustainable Development Strategy. Main areas of interest: sustainability and food systems, sustainable diets, education for sustainable development
