Project description:

The main objective of the project is to develop a modelling environment for quantitative analysis of impacts and support of creation of energy and environmental policies that will be applied to predict the impacts of regulation, to simulate energy consumption, pollution reduction, environmental and health impacts in the period 2015-2050. The project will expand, specify and update the dynamic, energy macro partial equilibrium model TIMES-CZ of energy sector in the Czech Republic.  Furthermore, consistent contextual scenarios of global developments with impacts on the Czech energy sector till 2050 will be created.
